Natasha set out to create what eventually became Return to Glory – a full health and beauty in-home service at everyday prices that women would love. Integral to this was a team of specialists that she could personally relate to, and a website that would make booking simple.

In her downtime she spends most of her time on Hampstead Heath running the babies tired. Every once in a while she treats herself to an in-home massage!

Emma is a communications specialist with over twelve years experience in media relations, partnerships and sponsorship, event management and internal communications. She has helped to build, maintain and enhance strong brands for a diverse range of blue-chip companies including PepsiCo, KFC and Ian Schrager Hotels. Most recently, Emma headed up the Consumer Communications team at AOL UK. She is also the founder of Meeting of Minds, a networking group for entrepreneurial women based in London. Emma is already sold on the importance of in-home services, with little ‘me' time outside of RTG and the demands of looking after her two little ones.

Beth has spent the last three years working for a full service marketing agency based in Lincolnshire. With clients ranging from Hitachi to BMW, Beth was responsible for sponsorship, PR, display advertising and the development of online marketing strategies for her clients. After three years in the male-dominated motorsport industry, Beth is relishing the girlie environment and is insisting that the office team need weekly massages...

Caroline trained as a beauty and massage therapist with Steiner in 2004. She then spent three years working in London salons whilst also working as a freelance consultant for Cancer Care. Caroline is the Irish dominant force, the expert in the health and beauty sector, and brings a constant sense of reality and fun to the team.

Mel, founder of Pop Recruitment Ltd, is a marketing specialist and HR consultant. As well as marketing, Mel provides HR and 'recruitment issues' consultancy for several retained clients. In 2007 Mel was voted 'Business Women of The Month' by Businessuncovered.com and during this time, was dragged in to the RTG office for 'a bit of advice'...and has never left! She now finds herself totally obsessed with all things RTG, and loves it.

Amanda began her career assisting a celebrity PA in the music industry. She has since worked as a stylist for print fashion, music videos, television and film in London, New York, Toronto and Vancouver. Her natural enthusiasm for fashion and beauty coupled with her eclectic contacts led to her starting her own Vancouver based boutique PR agency specializing in Events and VIP gifts. Amanda studied Fashion Marketing, Journalism, and Art Direction at Central Saint Martins in 2007. Her recent credits include: London Fashion Week, Britain’s Next Top Model, Marie Claire UK, and Grazia. Amanda takes care of Return to Glory's VIP and Celebrity clients, ensuring they receive a discreet service that is second to none.
