Brief Background
Ashera is an enthusiastic, upbeat, nurturing and competent massage therapist. She started studying massage in 1991 in London and now has a wide skill set of therapies to offer which include ITEC diplomas in Aromatherapy, Swedish Massage, and Sports Massage. She also holds a Diploma in Reflexology (IIHHT) and a certificate in tuning fork therapy (Institute of Cyberkinetics, Croydon, UK) and a Certificate in Psycho-Acoustics & Sound Healing (Globe Institute, San Francisco, USA). In addition, Ashera has also studied Injury Prevention Massage which has taught her how to use her own body weight and forearms/elbows in order to give the client a deep, yet sensitive massage so the client really feels they've had a great massage!
Ashera has over 17 years' experience as a therapist treating a wide variety and number of clients and has worked in many different ways which includes having her own mobile massage ‘Aroma Roma’ home service, working in health and hotel spas, a local natural health centre, NLP retreats, club nights, and festivals such as Glastonbury and Big Green.
