Tiphaine used a beauty mask she made herself which felt fantastic. Her choice of oils was refreshing, soothing and energising and my skin looked and felt smooth and soft afterwards
The reflexology treatment was very interesting. Tiphaine was very well informed and explained to me exactly what each point represented and offered useful suggestions to help me resolve issues. |

Tiphaine recommended I tried reflexology - she suggested a combination of reflexology and a shoulder massage to target stress prone areas. She was very professional and knowledgeable and took the time to explain both the treatment beforehand and problem areas that she noticed afterwards. |
