Swedish massage is a full-body therapy, so your home massage therapist will first of all conduct a brief consultation.
Your home massage therapist will follow the five traditional Swedish Massage techniques of gliding, kneading, friction, stretching and tapping. The massage is a full body massage working across the back stimulating circulation, then the arms, neck and shoulders. You can expect to feel your muscles warm and relax as your specialist Swedish massage therapist works with varying pressure on your tension points, leaving you feeling blissfully relaxed.

- Our cancellation policy is 48 hours.
- All of our home Swedish Massage treatments after 8:00pm across London incur an after-hours fee of £15.00.
- Home Massage appointments outside London's M25 are charged at 40p per mile.

My Daughter and I received a massage from Lisa last Sunday .
I must say that her deep tissue massage was excellent and she immediately puts you at ease so you can relax.
She obviously is very experienced and my shoulders are feeling great!

Pam was a wonderful calm presence who seemed totally unfazed by walking into the mayhem of our house with twin toddlers tearing around. She set up a little sanctuary upstairs, and we had wonderful massages.. I felt my shoulders drop about a foot for the first time in ages, and vowed to treat myself to seeing Pam regularly. |
