Can I see who is coming to me before I book?

Yes. Every Specialist working through Return to Glory has an online page. You can view their qualification and insurance certificates, their photograph, their background and experience and feedback from their clients.

Can I pay for my appointment in cash on the day?

No. We take full payment on behalf of our Specialists by debit or credit card at the time of booking. Our Specialists do not handle cash and we operate a no tip policy. We ask that if you enjoy your treatment, you recommend our services to your family and friends.

Do you accept types of credit/debit card?

We accept all credit/debit cards with the exception of American Express.

The website won't accept my card details, what shall I do?

If you are trouble paying online, please call the Bookings Team on and we will assist you.

What information do I have to give to book an appointment?

In order for us to book you appointment, we need your full name and address, the address of the appointment, an email address and mobile telephone number and your credit/debit card details. All your personal information is protected in accordance with the UK Data Protection Legislation (the Data Protection Act 1998) (see Privacy Policy more further details).

Will I get a receipt or confirmation?

Yes. As soon as your payment has been processed you will receive a confirmation email to your nominated email address.

What if I need to cancel my appointment?

You may cancel your appointment at any time up to 48 hours before the time scheduled for the appointment. To cancel an appointment contact Return to Glory on . Any appointment cancelled or rescheduled less than 48 hours before the scheduled time for the appointment will not be refunded.

What if I have allergies or special requirements?

You will find a link to an online Consultation Form on your confirmation email. As soon as you fill this in the information it will be sent to your chosen Specialist. If you have not filled this in before your appointment, your Specialist will bring one with her.

What products will my Specialist use?

You can see the product ranges that each Specialist uses on their online profile. If you would like to request a specific product range, please ask the Bookings Team and they will recommend the best Specialist in your local area.

What is my Specialist can't make my appointment?

In the event that the Specialist is unable to attend your appointment, we reserve the right to appoint a suitably qualified substitute, approved by Return to Glory, to perform the services. You will be informed of this change by Return to Glory.

I've never had a massage before, what should I choose?

A Swedish Massage is a good place to start if you have never had a massage before. You can then discuss any queries with your Specialist when she calls you prior to the appointment.

Can I have a beauty treatment and a massage with the same Specialist?

The majority of our Specialists are either beauticians or masseuses – they are not usually trained in both areas. For this reason, you would usually have book beauty and massage treatments separately with two different Specialists.

Can I have spray tan after a wax?

We would not recommend having a spray tan, facial or massage after a wax, as the skin is extra sensitive for a period. Waxing appointments should always be booked separately from the above, perhaps with a manicure or pedicure if you are looking to mix treatments.

Do you offer couples massage?

Yes. We offer both side-by-side couples massage with two Specialists or one-after-the-other massage with one Specialist.

Do you do gift vouchers?

Yes, we offer a wide range of vouchers that can be tailored to suit the recipient's needs. Click on our gift voucher page to find out more.

Can I book an appointment for a friend as a gift?

Yes, as long as you have the time/date, full address details and a contact number and email address, this is no problem. Alternatively you can purchase a gift voucher and allow them to choose the time/date and treatment.

I want to share my appointment with a friend – can I do this?

Yes. Up to two people can share the time with one Specialist and split the cost. Anymore than two people would be a party/group booking.

How long will my appointment take?

It depends on the treatment you choose, however the minimum appointment time is one hour. When you book your appointment you can see the time guidelines for each treatment and for certain treatments you can choose the amount of time you would like.

What are the working hours for appointments?

Our team work morning to evening, Monday-Sunday. Bookings before 7am or after 8pm incur a £ 15 late charge per specialist.

Do I get a discount if I book regularly?

Yes, if you block book your appointments you are entitled to the following discounts:

  • 10% off 10 bookings or more
  • 5% off 5 bookings or more

Can I book the same Specialist for my next appointment?

Yes. Simply ask for them when booking over the phone or search for them online.

What do I do if I am unhappy with the service/treatment I received?

I loved my treatment – how do I give feedback?

Up to 3 days after your appointment you will receive an email receipt of the booking. There is a link on this email that enables you to fill out the feedback form. This will then automatically be sent to your Specialist the next time they log in to their personal profile account.
