Brief Background
Helena is qualified in Swedish massage, On-Site Massage, Deep tissue massage, Soft Tissue Release, Aromatherapy and Indian head massage and she is also a Reiki Master & Teacher.
Years of practising and studying the body and mind has helped Helena to develop her various skills and intuition. She will take into account your life style, medical history and mental state when creating the ultimate treatment. Helena believes that everyone can heal and have a healthy, balanced body, without aches and pains.
Helena is working from clinics in North London, providing Massage and Aromatherapy treatments. She also has experience working with corporate clients and at events doing On-site acupressure massage and Indian head massage. She has been working as a mobile therapist since 2007.
Helena is also teaching regular Reiki classes in North London.
She is passionate about healing and is constantly looking at developing her skills and learning new techniques.
