- We are sensitive to your mood, if you feel like talking during your hair and make up appointment, go ahead, if you don't, that's fine too
- Payment is taken in advance via credit card
- Our cancellation policy is 48 hours
- Hair and makeup appointments after 8pm incur a late fee of £15.00
