With a masterclass in body massage you learn massage techniques used during traditional holistic treatments, all in the comfort and privacy of your home.

This is not a class that turns you into a professional - it takes six months to do that! - but it is a wonderful introduction to improving your massage skills and experiencing body massage with loved ones.

The treatments

Your body massage therapist will step you through traditional massage techniques of gliding, kneading, friction, stretching and tapping. You'll learn massage techniques for stimulating circulation of the legs, arms, neck and shoulders.

Become a master at helping muscles warm and relax and work with varying pressure on tension points, leading to a feeling of total relaxation.

• Our cancellation policy is 48 hours.
• All of our home spa treatments after 8:00pm across London incur an after-hours fee of £15.00.
• Appointments outside London's M25 are charged at 40p per mile.
• Treat yourself to a massage treatment package to save up to 20% on each of your appointments.
